A few things
you might wonder.
Is a request immediately a confirmed booking?
No. A new request is marked as reserved and holds the table. It only becomes a confirmed booking when you approve it, keeping you in control.
Can guests choose their own table?
You decide. Enable table selection for guests, or automatically assign a suitable available table.
What happens during our holiday closure?
Add those dates as a closure. BuchEinTisch won’t offer new reservations during that time. Existing bookings are kept and should be reviewed by you.
Do our guests need an account?
No. Guests provide their name, email address, phone number and group size. Their private link lets them check the status and cancel within your cancellation window.
